Another banger. This also speaks to something many of us have been saying about the reactionary chase behind “Anti CRT” legislation. When were students in US public schools EVER learning actual history to begin with? Education in this settler colony has always been used as a weapon against proletariat uprising, the only way to make that not true is to take it into our own hands, not tail behind reactionary movements of the ruling class.

The funny thing is that the "ideological threat" which the national bourgeoisie of the US see, as coming from the neoliberals, won't disappear by banning books. They recognize that neolibs are weaponizing BLM against them, they who have their base in mostly white americans, but they don't realize that the liberalized and coopted anti-racism that is being used against them won't disappear no matter how many books they ban becuase that form of "anti racism" is spreading across corporate america in the form of div/inc. If they want that specific thing to disappear they should promote communist and pan-africanist lit haha
